Exercise at least 3-4 times a week but not getting the results you require?

Many people get ‘Stuck in a rut’ or plateau and stick to what they know. You may of been doing the same exercise programme or class  for months, possibly years, and not getting the results you wish you did especially for all the effort you are putting in!


This is because your body is ‘used to it’ and will supply the energy demanded – but once your muscles are used to performing those exercises, the muscles won’t demand as much oxygen to contract – therefore the extra energy they don’t use will store as fat. So performing different exercises and activities is so important to put extra demands on your body and develop muscular endurance, strength and cardiovascular endurance and thus using energy stores.

Hels Fitness can provide 1 to 1 training sessions to bring new exercises and motivation to your work-out. After an initial consultation a programme would be designed to help you specifically reach goals that haven’t been reached before.

Hels Fitness also can quite simply perform a fitness test and analysis and provide a new work-out programme for home or the gym and then can review it in 2 or 4 weeks.
